Lionberger Construction Company is looking for an experienced Commercial/Industrial Construction Superintendent. Candidate must have experience in commercial, industrial multi-million dollar projects. Candidate must be able to effectively complete construction projects by planning, organizing, and controlling projects while completing quality inspections and supervising sub-contractors and staff. Must also maintain secure, and healthy work environment by following and enforcing standards and procedures, complying with legal regulations. Candidate will manage and coordinate all construction services and activities and maintain schedules to ensure deadlines are met and costs are managed. The ideal candidate will have great management skills. Must be willing to travel.
