Seeking a board certified criticalist, internist, neurologist, oncologist or surgeon with several years clinical experience, looking for the next level of leadership opportunity as the Medical Director. The successful candidate will partner in leadership with hospital administration and a robust, diverse group of specialists to create a sense of community and interact globally with the hospital, all clinicians, and associates. Using excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the medical director will exemplify the five principles of MARS, enhance an engaging work environment that prides itself in delivering the best medicine to every patient- every time. They will continue to direct the hospital in becoming a state of the art teaching hospital that engages actively in continuing education, developing best practices, and encourages meaningful conversations on improving processes, standards of care, and critical thinking.

Our BluePearl veterinary hospital in the Stone Oak community of San Antonio serves the greater San Antonio metropolitan area and was the first local specialty veterinary hospital. The approximately 19,000-square-foot hospital houses a variety of therapeutic and diagnostic options, including an on-site MRI, CT scanner, ultrasound and fluoroscopy. Board-certified specialists offer a multitude of services, such as emergency and critical care, internal medicine, rehabilitation, oncology and surgery.
