Full Job Description
Assist the Human Resources Department with assessing employees' health and safety during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Provide health and safety information on the COVID-19 pandemic to employees.
Monitor temperature and symptoms of employees and prevent affected employees or persons with possible exposure to COVID-19 from spreading the virus through the work environment.
Advise and monitor employees and customers on proper social distancing techniques.
Ensure employees and customers wear face masks and gloves.
Answer questions from employees and customers about COVID-19.
Travel to assigned branches and main campus to monitor the environment for compliance in social distancing protocols.
Administer nasal and serological corona virus tests.
Special projects and other duties as assigned.
Monitor and/or ensure compliance with Federal and State laws and regulations; including, but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act and Anti-Money Laundering in addition to Bank operating policies and procedures.
