Position: Insurance CSR Sales Agent
Job Description: The Insurance CSR Sales Agent will play a key role in the success of our company. This position is responsible for answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining customer relationships with the intention of creating long-term relationships.
Core Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage large amounts of incoming calls.
- Answer all inbound phone calls and respond appropriately to all emails received from customers.
- Maintain and create new customer relationships by following up with customers when necessary; answering questions or concerns; and or providing information regarding products, pricing, and other aspects of the business.
- Manage customer accounts in order to meet company goals for productivity, customer retention, and call volume.
- Accurately process orders and provide accurate information to co-workers, management, and customers.
- Work with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction at all levels.
- Other duties as assigned.
Business Hours:
- Monday through Friday: 9am to 7pm
- Saturday: 10am to 5pm
- Sunday: OFF
You also receive an additional 2 set days off a month that are assigned to you, on top of Sundays.
Position 1.) Insurance CSR Sales Agent:
For all the pay amounts below you are guaranteed weekly overtime and commissions.
- $2,800 Monthly Minimum + Commissions – No Experience. Approximately $11.44 an hour and $17.16 overtime.
- $3,000 Monthly Minimum + Commissions – Limited Lines License. Approximately $12.25 an hour and $18.37 overtime.
- $3,200 Monthly Minimum + Commissions – P&C License. Approximately $13.07 an hour and $19.60 overtime.
Position 2.) Insurance CSR Floater Sales Agent:
(MUST be able to cover Austin, San Marcos, Bastrop, & Temple)
Your home office will be at one of our locations in the Austin area where you will be located when not floating. You will need to be able to cover offices on emergency or for vacation time or to help train new agents after you’re trained once in a while. You will receive mileage reimbursement anytime away from your home office and meal reimbursement when you travel to a different city.
- $3,000 Monthly Minimum + Commissions – No Experience. Approximately $12.25 an hour and $18.37 overtime.
- $3,200 Monthly Minimum + Commissions – Limited Lines License. Approximately $13.07 an hour and $19.60 overtime.
- $3,400 Monthly Minimum + Commissions – P&C License. Approximately $13.90 an hour and $20.85 overtime.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening required.
- Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with heavy volume of calls.
- Must be good under pressure and be able to problem solve.
- Must be Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Must be computer savvy (Print, Copy, Scan, Search Desktop)
- Previously experience in customer service or other related fields preferred, but not required.
