EGH, Inc is a small non-profit agency providing residential support to people with disabilities in the western suburbs of the Twin Cities. EGH provides person-centered services catered to the unique tastes, preferences, needs, and dreams of the individuals we serve. EGH provides a variety of services to a variety of people, and we strive to match our professionals with the persons that would best match each others' skills and passions.

Sunday and Mondays 10:00pm-9:00am at two-person townhome, located in Hopkins -FEMALE ONLY STAFF-

Every Tuesday overnight 10p - 9am at two person town home located in Plymouth

E/O Sunday and E/O Thursday 10p -9am at four person group home in Plymouth*

*The shifts are 10p-9a, with the default sleep hours of 10p-6a paid at the sleep rate of $9.65 per hour. Overnights shifts at 4-person Plymouth location, however,* will require the overnight staff to be awake part or all of the shift, and receive the wake rate of approximately $13.00/hour.*

  • Provide supervision, training, and assistance in activities of daily living to individuals in EGH homes or apartments.
  • Interact with individuals we support in a supportive, caring manner
  • Work cooperatively with teams, families and other professionals
  • Assist and sometimes complete household duties such as cooking, laundry, shopping, cleaning, safety procedures
  • Effectively implement active treatment according to individual needs including planning and thorough documentation of progress on outcomes
  • Follow all procedures to care for each person's health and safety, including medical or behavioral emergencies


  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation with proof of auto insurance
  • Successfully pass a background check and driving record check
  • Complete medication certification, CPR, First Aid and other training as assigned
  • Strong English communication and ability to use computer for daily documentation.

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $9.65 to $13.00 /year
