- We are seeking skilled and motivated Solar Installers to join our team.
- Layout and installation of solar racking and modules for large utility-scale solar field plant
- Assemble and bolt up structural steel components for support racking system
- Engage with on-the-job training based on your skill level
- Load and unload trucks and forklifts with supplies and equipment
- Lift and transport solar panels
- Read and interpret drawings and assembly instructions when needed
- Clean up and house keep job site
- Continuously learn about new technologies, equipment, and techniques related to the solar energy systems.
- All other duties as required/assigned.

Qualifications
- General construction, carpentry, or similar trade experience are valued.
- Ability to perform the physical work required for structural steel erection and solar panel installation.
- Ability to work outdoors and may require working in all weather conditions.
- Capable of performing repetitive duties, including lifting, kneeling, bending, and standing for extended periods of time
- Experience using basic hand and power tools
- Must be able to lift 60 pounds.
- Work will require travel to work sites specified in locations above.
- Reliability and able to follow training and directions
- Ability to work well with others in a team environment
- Must be safety conscious and required to follow all safety procedure and use required personal protective equipment.
- Certificate from a trade school of equivalent experience is preferred.
- Expected Hours: 40 to 50 hours/week, up to 60 hours/week if Saturdays.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, some Saturday work
