Develops business strategies for broad business area, family of businesses or large customer groups with a 2 to 5-year time horizon. Defines the resources and capabilities required to implement the plan and works across multiple lines of businesses to build a consistent and comprehensive plan. Executes the strategy by leading detailed designs, testing initiatives, and developing implementation strategies that promote customer satisfaction, revenue generation, and increased market penetration for one or more customer segments.

The teammate in this role is responsible for influencing the Consumer Bank’s physical distribution strategy. This includes, but is not limited to:

Maintaining distribution market plans for Top 50+ existing Consumer markets including positioning of Financial Centers, Advanced Centers and Remote ATM locations
Developing distribution market plans for expansion markets where the Consumer Bank does not yet have a physical presence; including consideration for Community Reinvestment Act and Fair Lending
Analyzing expansion market performance and partnering with Consumer leadership to ensure awareness and development of corrective actions
Supporting New Financial Center, Advanced Center and Remote ATM distribution leads as needed
Minimum Requirements

7+ Work experience in banking and or related field
Bachelors Degree Required
High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Strong communication and presentation skills
Preferred Requirements

MBA Preferred
Top tier strategic consulting experience preferred
