The Business Development / Inside Sales Representative promotes WCCTV's products via outbound telephone prospecting, inbound marketing responses and customer referrals. Specific responsibilities include:
- Collaborate with the internal Field Sales Teams to grow revenue in an assigned territory. Assists in building and executing a plan to grow the territory's business, both in terms of new customer acquisition and growing existing customer relationships.
- Researches/sources potential customers using multiple resources including internet, marketing mail campaigns, in-house databases, customer referrals and external lead generation databases.
- Generates 80+ outbound calls per day with potential customers to establish needs, determine decisionmaker(s) and present how WCCTV’s products and services can meet the customers’ security needs.
- Fills the sales pipeline for the Field Sales Team by setting 30+ qualified sales appointments/meetings per month with the appropriate contacts within the customer's organization.
- Maintains a full pipeline of potential customers and projects in order to meet and exceed daily, weekly and monthly sales activity metrics.
- Creates and tracks all sales opportunities and customer communications within the CRM system on daily basis.
- Provides feedback to internal Sales management from customers regarding competitors or WCCTV’s product offerings.
- Attends internal sales training programs in order to develop a solution sales process in order to meet assigned inside sales metrics and progress within the Sales organization.

Full time position Monday to Friday 8:30 am – 5:30 pm at our Richardson, TX office. Position is required to be 100% on-site during the first 12 weeks of training and then may work from home 1 to 2 days per week depending on individual performance.
Compensation & Benefits:
- An annual base salary starting at $40,000 with initial sales activity bonus opportunities of $2,500 at 12 weeks. Bonus incentive pay up to an additional $20,000 per year for reaching and exceeding call, booked appointments and revenue goals each month.

You: the successful candidate must be…
- Associated degree in Business or other discipline or equivalent plus one to two years of previous B2B tele-sales or inside sales experience preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required to include demonstrated effective questioning and active listening techniques to identify customers' product needs.
- Strong organizational, presentation and time management skills are critical to achieve assigned sales activity goals.
- Able to meet and exceed the achievable new customer and revenue targets and structure in place.
