Reconeyez Inc have ambitious plans for growth this year and are looking for an administrations assistant for an immediate start.
Based in our office in San Mateo, we are looking for people with the following skills. The ability to work as a team member ,some technical capability (although we will instigate a training programme) and the ability to work on their own initiative. We are also looking for someone with a confident and pleasant telephone manner as they will be dealing with customers on a day to day basis.
The Role: To deal with compiling customer orders and testing prior to shipping .dealing with couriers stock inventory Updating reports to our office in Estonia. Dealing with customer orders and shipping queries
