In our office, excellent phone and communication skills are a must. We strive to provide our clients with excellent customer service. As a first point of contact for clients calling in - possessing a professional demeanor, and pleasant telephone personality are a must for this position.
The ideal candidate will have excellent listening and phone skills and be a positive member willing to contribute to our team effort of excellence.
We are looking for a candidate who is be able to multi-task, is detail oriented, well-organized and willing to take initiative. The successful candidate will be scheduling our field service technicians, so a working knowledge of the geographical layout of Stark Counties and associated areas is a must. Past experience scheduling and working with service technicians is preferred. Knowledge and/or experience working with scheduling software will be helpful; however, we will train the right candidate.
You must be accurate, pay attention to detail, maintain a strong work ethic, and have consistent follow-through. If you are able to multi-task, set priorities and meet deadlines, you’ll enjoy working in our smaller and comfortable; yet active and fast-paced office environment.
Office duties include but are not limited to: Answering phones and client inquires, emails, scheduling field service technicians, scheduling monthly preventative maintenance contracts, collecting client information and data entry, input of work order and inspection reports, and providing quality customer service. You will also be expected to help with additional special projects, and other office related duties needed in our service department.
Ability to schedule field service technicians in an efficient manner
Working knowledge of the geographical layout of Stark County and related counties, and ability to schedule field technician appointments for service work;
Ability to work independently, and to be self-motivated

Position Type: Full Time 40 hours per week:
Hours: Monday-Friday 7:30 am – 4:30 pm (Some flexibility available in schedule, will discuss at interview)
Compensation: Competitive Pay - Based upon experience; will discuss at interview
