Growing Investment Management firm in convenient Waltham location seeks friendly and organized person to be the first impression for our company.
Expected hours are 8:30am to 3:00pm, Monday through Friday. Reliability and timeliness are imperative as well as attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Greet and direct visitors
- Receive and direct incoming calls in a professional and pleasant manner
- Pick up newspapers daily
- Collect, sort and distribute mail daily
- Order /receive and set up catering for in house meetings
- Act as point person to inform building management of in suite and public space issues
- Arrange travel plans, with particular attention to personal detail, for executives as requested
- Support of office staff as requested
- Order general office supplies as needed
- Resupply kitchen/paper goods at Costco (membership provided)
- Maintain the weekly employee schedule
- Input marketing emails to the Salesforce platform daily
- Maintain the reception area, kitchen and other public spaces in the suite in a clean and uncluttered manner, water plants weekly
- Other duties as assigned
Working knowledge of Word and Excel required.
Knowledge of Hubspot , Salesforce, Wix and/or basic website maintenance a plus.
Wage commensurate with experience.
