Unbridled is seeking a freelance/contract project manager to work with our creative team on a regular and consistent basis and to become an extension of our team. The project manager works directly with our creative and account teams to deliver on integrated projects for multiple clients. We are looking for a positive, motivated, resourceful, and driven individual with excellent communication and organizational skills and the ability to develop trusting working relationships with creatives, clients, and partners. The ideal candidate can perform and excel under tight deadlines and unexpected changes in direction and priorities.
Successful candidates will have the following:
2+ years of experience in project management, preferable in agency or with creative teams.
Excellent project management and prioritization skills
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Proficiency in project management systems, Workamajig preferred
Ability to work with fast-paced timelines and quick client changes
Proficiency in Office, Word, Outlook, Excel, Adobe Acrobat
Ability to develop timelines and manage tasks
Ability to track and manage budgets and process invoices
Experience in event industry a plus
Flexibility to come into the office and/or work remotely around deadlines and meetings
Knowledge of printing practices and production terminology
15-25 hours per week
