**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a dedicated Personal Assistant to provide support in various areas including healthcare, activities, and general assistance. The ideal candidate will be compassionate, organized, and capable of handling a range of responsibilities.
**Responsibilities:**
- Assist with medication administration and adherence to healthcare plans
- Provide support including supervision and engaging activities
- Offer senior care services such as assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Perform dementia care tasks with patience and empathy
- Prepare meals according to dietary requirements and preferences
- Support individuals with autism in daily routines and activities
- Assist with home and community care tasks as needed
**Skills:**
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations for maintaining confidentiality
- Proficiency in healthcare practices and ensuring a safe environment
- Familiarity with senior care needs and assisting with ADLs
- Capability in providing dementia care with sensitivity and understanding
- Skill in meal preparation catering to specific dietary needs
- Understanding of working with individuals on the autism spectrum
