Position Overview:
As a Full-Time Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in our operations by managing inventory, operating a forklift, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a smooth flow of products in our warehouse.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize forklifts and other warehouse equipment to efficiently move and organize inventory.
- Receive incoming shipments and ensure accurate documentation of all products.
- Assist with inventory management, including counting, organizing, and restocking merchandise.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, adhering to safety standards at all times.
- Provide friendly and knowledgeable customer service to shoppers, answering questions and assisting with product inquiries.
- Collaborate with team members to fulfill customer orders and ensure timely delivery or pickup.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience operating a forklift in a warehouse or similar environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills for inventory management and documentation.
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, as well as stand and walk for extended periods.
