Growing chiropractic clinic seeks a professional front desk assistant/receptionist who is self-motivated and eager to learn new things and processes. Candidate must be detail oriented, organized, and a self-starter who works well with others and takes ownership of their tasks. The position requires the ability to work quickly, productively, and accurately with a positive, high energy attitude.
We value excellent customer service skills and want someone with the ability to connect with patients on a personal level. It is also extremely important that this person is comfortable and confident communicating treatment plans, outstanding balances, insurance information with patients, as well as handling these transactions.
Job duties include: greeting patients, answering phones, scheduling appointments, collecting and posting payments, maintaining patient flow for the office, computer data entry, insurance verification and authorization, planning marketing and networking events, and other general office tasks.
