After building our brand for more than a decade online, Amerisleep has begun expanding into retail, open stores in high-end shopping centers. Join our team of Retail Sleep Ambassadors to assist customers by educating them about better sleep habits and technologies (we’ll train you to become an expert on everything sleep-related), answering product and service questions, following up with orders, and ensuring our customer’s ultimate satisfaction.

Your job is to represent the Amerisleep brand and uphold our reputation while helping clients achieve the best sleep they’ve ever had.

Full-Time and Part-Time positions are available as a Retail Sleep Ambassador Competitive pay, $15hr plus a monthly bonus of up to $500+ per month
Responsibilities

Greet every customer with a smile and a warm hello. You are the face of Amerisleep.
Demonstrate expertise and knowledge of the Amerisleep product and value proposition.
Provide support and answers to customer inquiries on sleep-related topics, product knowledge, order placement, and order follow up.
Maintain professional, friendly communications.
Manage multiple customer accounts.
Qualifications

Demonstrate a great attitude and enthusiasm for helping customers.
Must be flexible and adaptable in order to anticipate customer needs and interests.
Demonstrate passion for in-person customer service.
Proficient in multitasking, so you can successfully engage multiple customers at a time, providing each with an attentive and exceptional shopping experience.
A bias towards action and awareness of the market and customer needs.
Honesty and integrity are essential. You want our customers to refer their friends to you!
Availability for weekend and weekday hours is required.
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and able to demonstrate English language proficiency (written and spoken). Second language skills encouraged.
