We are seeking individuals with healthcare backgrounds to join our team of Treatment Coordinators. More specifically individuals with behavioral and/or medical backgrounds. The responsibilities of Treatment Coordinator are focused around treating patients who live MDD or Chronic Mental Illness utilizing TMS Therapy equipment and systems. Ensuring each patient is receiving accurate and therapeutic treatment, coordinating their treatment schedule, communicating with their doctor(s) and management, and improving patient's lives directly. The patient’s success is a very rewarding experience to share with them and the team!

TMS Neuro Solutions LLC is a fast-paced and growing company with a high opportunity for growth within the company. TMS Neuro Solutions LLC was founded in 2011, and currently has 11 locations and 22 systems, with more to come. We are growing rapidly to expand our proprietary comprehensive treatment to patients all across DFW and soon other major cities. A large part of our expansion is due to our optimal patient outcomes, which make us an industry leader in the nation as well as in the growing market of TMS Therapy. We currently have a 50% remission rate and a 70% response rate (meaning at least 50% improvement) with our treatment protocols.

Our comprehensive training program is proven to produce candidates with no previous TMS Therapy experience to become fully knowledgeable and skilled in overseeing the treatment of our patients. Our training far surpasses the industry standard, as we involve a group atmosphere with a dedicated trainer, modules of training, and hands on experience leading to a final certification. This process allows each Treatment Coordinator gain in their possession the knowledge and skills to help patients daily reach remission.

TMS Therapy was FDA approved in 2008, and is the safest, most effective, and most durable treatment available for Depression. Our patients sit comfortably during this noninvasive treatment with no sedation, and patients can drive to and from with no impairment. A large majority of our patients enjoy coming to treatment not only for the results, but also for our professional and comprehensive care which is largely due to the Treatment Coordinator Team. This treatment is the biggest breakthrough in Mental Healthcare in decades.

The position requires a background in Healthcare, Mental Healthcare or a strong understanding of Depression or other mental illness. Candidates are required to have access to instant and reliable transportation, and no issue working within a set shift (times may vary depending on shift and location) Monday-Friday and possible pre-scheduled Saturdays for meetings or treatment once a month. Full time is preferred, 35-40 hours a week with possible overtime depending on patient load. The starting hourly wage is $15/hour during training and $16.50+/hour but could be negotiable based on the qualifications of each candidate. We need team members who are professional, attention detailed, dedicated, willing to learn, and flexible. This is a high-end treatment, and our Treatment Coordinators have to match our quality of treatment. We are hiring as needed to match our growth.

RESPONSIBILTIES/DUTIES:

  • Administer accurate treatment by verifying and re-verifying system measurements, monitoring treatment accuracy, and ensure that the coil remains within contact parameters during treatment
  • Provide patient safety and comfort by reporting patient symptoms regularly to TC Manager and doctor, observe hand movement, manage and tend to patient’s comfort during treatment
  • Communicate and follow-up all questions by patient regarding their treatment
  • Communicate any issues or concerns the patient is having with TC Manager and doctor
  • Communicate any patient symptoms, treatment adjusting parameters, emergencies, progress, and prescription updates to the TC Manager and/or Doctor
  • Maintain and communicate patient’s schedule and follow-up visits
  • Provide patient education through patient flipbook, reinforcing comprehensive care
  • Provide professional patient boundaries and reinforce proper patient expectations of treatment
  • Stay current on insurance updates and communicate information to patient
  • Ensure that the highest level of confidentiality is maintained at all times protecting patient ePHI
  • Ensure professionalism is conducted with all patients
  • Accurately set up patient information, updates, treatment, medications, diagnoses, rating scales, and daily notes into systems
  • Ensure accurate and timely patient tracking and documentation are entered into system
  • Prepare for all new patient start
  • Ensure that all required reports and tracking reports are completed and turned in on a timely manner
  • Ensure patient has completed all necessary paperwork when treatment is completed
  • Collect payments from patients
  • Assist with insurance by gathering any data required by the insurance team, obtaining medical records, faxing, mailing, and emailing insurance carrier
  • Maintain the clinic location by ensuring that rooms are cleaned and organized
  • Maintain inventory
  • Perform daily opening and closing procedures

REQUIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience in the Healthcare industry
  • Experience working in a Mental Health facility
  • Have a valid Driver’s License
