Full Job Description
The Department of Neuroscience at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center invites applicants at the Instructor level for a faculty position. The candidate will serve in a leadership role in a research laboratory helping to mentor graduate students and postdoctoral researchers and will work on an independent research project within an overall scientific focus of the laboratory, specifically on undertaking research involving the cellular and molecular mechanisms of circadian rhythms in mammals using tissue and cell specific circadian reporters, bioluminescence and fluorescence imaging methods. The Department of Neuroscience is a core component of the Peter O’Donnell Jr. Brain Institute at UT Southwestern.
