Role: PR Manager:
Each brand within the portfolio is experiencing unprecedented growth, and we need a talented PR Manager who has the drive to solve client problems and get them noticed.

This role is as a temp-to-perm position with a starting salary of $40,000/year.
Five Important Things You’ll Be Doing:
#1 – Understand the Client
Each person on the engagement team is responsible for solving the client’s problem. Effective PR Managers understand and internalize the client’s problem, and focus on solutions that solve business challenges. We are looking for someone with a passion for B2B clients.
#2 – Compelling Story Telling
We don’t want to tell WHAT our content is. We want to paint a picture that highlights the WHY. The PR Manager will be doing this in pitches and press releases.
#3 – Media Outreach
PR Managers are responsible for compiling media lists and conducting outreach. This role requires someone who can collaborate on developing compelling content for the appropriate audience and then pitch trade, local, and national news.
#4 – Research
We have a wide variety of clients. We’re looking for someone who can conduct research for multiple industries and assume the position of an expert. This individual must be comfortable working, and learning about clients.
#5 – Communicate
We meet in our Las Colinas office, but also have the flexibility to work remotely when appropriate. For this reason, effective communication is the lifeblood of our organization, especially as a manager. We expect everyone to be available for calls and clients during business hours, but we do offer the flexibility to set your own schedule. When not together in person, it is critical that you are providing effective and prompt communication with your team.
