Job Overview:
As a Tour Guide for Charlotte City Tours, you'll be the ambassador of one of the most vibrant cities in the southeastern United States. Your role is to provide informative, engaging, and memorable experiences for visitors as you lead them through the rich history, culture, and attractions of Charlotte, North Carolina via our golf cart(vintage)
Hours:
9am -6pm ( Thursday-Friday-Saturday-Sunday)
40 hours total
$16/hour + 100% tips + Bonus
Responsibilities:
Provide insightful commentary, historical context, and interesting anecdotes about Charlotte's past, present, and future
Ensure the safety and comfort of tour participants throughout the duration of the tour
Answer questions and engage with tour participants in a friendly, professional manner
Maintain a thorough knowledge of Charlotte's history, culture, architecture, and current events, staying updated on new developments and attractions to enhance the tour experience.
Handle unexpected situations or challenges that may arise during tours with professionalism, creativity, and a focus on customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
-Charlotte Local (is a plus)
- Must Valid Driver License
-Being able to pass Background Check
-Excellent communication and public speaking skills
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
