Our Enterprise Solutions (ES) team assists clients with large-scale supply chain, finance, and human capital management business transformations (people, process and technology) by implementing redesigned business processes and service delivery models leveraging industry-leading cloud business application platforms from Oracle and Workday. We are specifically seeking an individual to join our Oracle Cloud team with a specialization in Supply Chain Management within Healthcare Providers. In addition to the technology component of this work, ES leaders are also experts in business process transformation and design, project management and change management in the Healthcare industry. Because of the complex nature of the projects and the seniority of the client representative, a high level of sophistication related to communication, creativity, project management, problem solving, financial management, and institutional strategic planning are key requirements for success.
ES leaders are responsible for managing a portfolio of projects, leading larger process or technology implementations, and contributing to business development activities as an industry, process, or technology subject matter expert (SME). The position involves significant onsite client contact and overall client, team, and practice management responsibilities. This individual also will provide guidance and supervision to Huron project members and client personnel.
As a leader in the ES practice with a specialization in Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Management, the individual in this role is viewed as a thought leader in the Healthcare space. They will be a go-to leader within Huron to provide expert solution architecting across multiple engagements. The individual will have significant input into the growth of the Oracle Cloud SCM segment, including coordination directly with Oracle sales representatives and alliance leadership. The individual will assist with coordinating business development efforts with Oracle representatives, leadership from our ES practice as well as leaders from Huron’s broader Education and Healthcare Practices.
- Build and grow an already significant consulting practice into new and evolving areas through consistent revenue generation and project delivery leadership.
- Consult at board and “C” levels.
- Provide leadership and best practices throughout the practice.
- Strategically frame issues and solutions for clients.
- Consistently demonstrate passion for healthcare and higher education.
- Must have experience leading an end-to-end Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Management implementation with a Healthcare Provider
