As an Associate Account Coordinator, you'll perform support that is central to how our advertising department conducts business each day, such as managing extensive advertising campaigns and processing critical ad materials. You'll also play a key role in keeping our clients satisfied with expert customer service including identifying potential sales opportunities and educating clients on media products and services. It's a position in which you'll work side by side with sales representatives and operations to strengthen and enhance our reputation as a powerful resource for local advertisers.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Enter advertiser account and ad order details into systems (Salesforce, Operative)
Ensure that we have the information to launch a campaign on time
Test creative assets & run quality assurance checks
Monitor campaigns for delivery, provide health analysis
Work with Operations teams to optimize performance
Respond to billing inquiries
Educate clients on our products and services
Support sales by preparing campaign wrap materials or providing assistance on new proposals
Maintain constant communication with sales reps and managers on account status
Recommend opportunities for process improvement
Assist in onboarding new team members
** This position can be based out of Bethpage, LIC, or Plano **
Bachelor's Degree preferred.
1-2 years advertising, account management, client-service support experience ideal (or related internship)
