B&A is currently seeking an HR Workstream Leader to join our team at HQ in McLean, VA!
We are seeking an HR Workstream Leader who will be responsible for leading the implementation of a leading HR SaaS solution to include HR Information Systems, Managed Payroll, Applicant Tracking, and Benefits; for a commercial client.
The HR Workstream Leader will work with the client to build core HR processes and SOPs, define master data requirements, and understand the integration of the HR system with all other systems supporting the business. The role is best suited for someone with a strong data, process, analysis and HR operations background, and a desire and passion for building capability at an enterprise level (2,000+), scaling it for the future. The ideal candidate will bring a broad knowledge base to collaborative partnerships and have the ability to work seamlessly with various groups in the business, including HR COEs, IT and Payroll. The HRIS Project Manager will be a disciplined, organized, motivational leader who has the capability to bring a vision and pragmatism to a role that supports growth and scalability under tight deadlines.
Coordinate and execute on key deliverables from workforce mapping and organizational planning to quickly adapting to new software and functions that allow for quick adoption and integration of automation solutions and platforms
Partner with senior Operations leadership to strategically plan, organize, direct, implement, evaluate, and manage the assigned project needs
Creates, monitors and shares team performance metrics. Prepares related progress reports to inform management of transaction and compliance status, and opportunity areas
Monitors trends to develop and recommend service standards and processes that improve customer service levels
Manages the implementation of new functionality and business process improvements to enhance the team’s ability to deliver. This includes delivering and/or coordinating periodic training to the team to deliver effective support.
Perform analysis of data to meet the needs of customers (HR Business Partners, Business and Functional Leaders) and to aid in decision making.
Develop ad-hoc reports and establishes parameters for end-user reporting
Experience implementing large Software as a Service HR Enterprise Application (Ceridian, ADP, Workday, and/or Peoplesoft)
5+ years of experience leading human resource IT implementations
Strong understanding of the integration required for HRIS systems across a highly integrated business environment.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, including presentations; ability to speak confidently and effectively to varied audiences; proven professional writing ability, strong editing skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including keen judgment and decision-making, with an eye towards process efficiency and simplification
High level of technical literacy and exquisite attention to detail
Strong project management skills
Must be flexible for international travel 25% - 40%
Experience managing projects in the Commercial sector
PMP, Lean Six Sigma
Bachelor's Degree, required
Certifications are a plus
