In the Retail Sales and Customer Service position, you will develop, implement and maintain processes, procedures, and programs to improve customer service and sales goals. Additionally, you will be responsible for promoting company standards and engaging employees to drive customer loyalty and customer engagement through customer service. This ties into contributing to our company culture, which is very important to us and our staff!
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Support programs that drive team performance toward departmental and organizational goals.
Assist customer service and sales team with achieving operational goals.
Utilize our point of sale system in order to successfully complete sales transactions as well as access various customer and client accounts in order for you to better serve them
Once you are acclimated and feel confident in your skillset, you will be asked to help train for new and/or less experienced customer service and sales staff members
Review and evaluate your work as well as any employee you are overseeing to ensure quality and timeliness
Research escalated customer service inquiries and work to find the best solution for the issue at hand
Ensures employees' behaviors are focused on improved customer satisfaction to drive customer loyalty
Mandatory attendance at staff and client meeting to make sure you stay on top of all current product and service knowledge and to make sure you have the proper materials in your workspace at all times
This is an entry-level position with room to grow, given you are successful in the role and open to learning and participating as a team player.

Schedule is flexible but you must be available to work a full-time schedule
1 to 3 years of Customer Service/Retail experience
Proven ability to develop team members
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must be able to multi-task and react well under pressure and treat others with respect
Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner
Work efficiently and effectively, both independently and as a team
Balances team and individual responsibilities and helps build a positive team spirit
