Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation:
Develop and implement lead generation strategies to attract clients and top talent.
Revenue Generation:
Building new money-making avenues. Create Leads from UK, USA and India Markets and complete the end-to-end cycle from creating leads, collaborating, and up to generating revenue.
Project Coordination:
Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope.
Administrative Support:
Provide administrative assistance to project teams, including scheduling meetings, managing documentation, and handling correspondence.
Client Communication:
Act as a liaison between the company and clients, providing updates on project progress and addressing client inquiries.
Reporting:
Generate and distribute project status reports and updates to internal teams and clients.
Risk Assessment:
Evaluate project risks and develop risk mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
Documentation Management:
Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, budgets, and deliverables.
Meeting Facilitation:
Facilitate project meetings, record minutes, and follow up on action items.
Continuous Improvement:
Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization in project coordination and administration.
Marketing Strategy:
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with company objectives and drive brand recognition.
Branding:
Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all marketing materials and platforms.
Analytics and Reporting:
Monitor and analyse marketing performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
Competitor Analysis:
Conduct competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the resourcing market.
Client Engagement:
Collaborate with the sales team to nurture client relationships and gather feedback for marketing improvement.
Budget Management:
Manage the marketing budget effectively, optimizing resource allocation for maximum impact.
Project Management:
Oversee technical projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with client objectives, budget, and timelines.
Solution Design:
Design technical solutions to address client requirements, ensuring feasibility, efficiency, and scalability.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Collaborate with internal teams, including software developers and engineers, to deliver integrated technical solutions.
Process Optimization:
Continuously improve production processes for enhanced efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and quality.
Production Monitoring:
Monitor production processes, identifying and resolving issues to minimize downtime and production delays.
Resource Allocation:
Manage resources, including personnel and equipment, to meet production demands and project goals.
Supplier Collaboration:
Collaborate with suppliers to ensure the timely delivery of materials and components required for production.
Data Analysis:
Analyse production data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for cost reduction.
Company Credit History Monitoring:
Monitoring the credit history of company and updating the company health details on other platform leading positive credit checks.
Knowledge & Experience Required:
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual appointment / opportunity targets
- Consistently capture all the necessary information required for the appointment to ensure both the salesperson and the customer’s expectations are aligned.
- Input and manage all information and activity through the CRM system.
- Achieve pre-agreed numbers of weekly / monthly sales activities.
- Pro-actively contact all allocated brought in sales leads within the timelines set.
- Respond professionally to all incoming enquiries be they through Live Chat / Web or Phone.
- Input all activities including calls/appointments and tasks into the CRM system.
- Through questioning, clarify the customers buying criteria and requirements.
- Where appropriate, price bounce to gauge customer reaction and estimated budget.
- Introduce affiliate services where appropriate.
- Where requested to do so, follow up all enquiries to conclusion and maintain records in the CRM.
- Input and assist in any data entry tasks as needed.
- To accompany consultants and attend events when appropriate.

- Develop commercial and business relationships across all forms of communication with new and existing clients, representing operational executives in leading UK and international businesses.
- Match appropriate skill sets between clients’ business needs and interim management talent in a timely and effective manner.
- Proactively develop deep networks and understanding of the industry, including new opportunities for future solution providing. This includes relationships with both clients and interim managers to ensure their professional objectives and goals are understood and met.

- Engaging senior leadership to develop appropriate strategies in response.
- Supporting business modelling & analysis to inform strategic decision making, identifying high-quality long-term growth opportunities.
- Engaging international teams to support innovation through the design & testing of new products, propositions, routes to market, strategic partnerships and business models.
- Work with clients to identify business challenges and contribute to client deliverables by refining, analysing, and structuring relevant data. Test hypotheses to validate the root cause of business or technical issues and enable solution development.
- Deliver projects and/or initiatives that address multi-faceted issues, working across organizational boundaries, interfacing with senior executives, and working effectively in teams.
- Develop value-creating strategies and models that enable clients to innovate, drive growth and increase their business profitability.
- Attain strong business acumen, strategy and cross-industry thought leadership; acquire ability to research, analyse & determine how and where the client should compete.
- Produce deliverables that reflect insights into the client's competitors, market challenges, relevant best practices, and trends.
- Define specific performance measures, targets, and goals to enable clients to measure success; articulate how the metrics contribute to the business case and link to client's overall strategy or mission.
- Participate in developing a business case by documenting the relationship between business requirements, the proposed solution, trade-offs, and expected results.
- Generating New leads for Growing Company Business.
- Oversees current offerings and comes up with initiatives for new products or services.
- Research and analyses market trends, demographics, pricing schedules, competitor products, and other relevant information to form marketing strategies.
- Works with marketing staff to develop detailed marketing plans for all media channels and sales teams.
- Approves and oversees the creative development of promotional materials, website content, advertisements, and other marketing-related projects.
- Communicates with various media buyers, advertising agencies, printers, and other services to help marketing projects come to fruition.
- Provides in-depth information to interested clients and acts as a representative for the sales & business development department in important buyer meetings.
- Creating and presenting pitch decks for the business expansion.
