1. Attains regional sales targets and quota on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
2. Recruits, trains, coaches and motivates Sales team with a high standard of excellence
3. Obtains and provides information regarding market intelligence and penetration within the region
4. Ensure 100% of CRM and reporting policies requested by Head of sales and/or sales excellence team.
5. Attract, hire and retain high performance talent while mitigating hiring challenges and/or vacancies to impact overall success.
6. Oversees the negotiation of major sales initiatives within the region
7. Provides recommendations on proposed new products and enhancement of existing products
8. Sales Reps/distributors in the resolution of customer-related issues
9. Plans, coordinates and conducts sales meetings
10. Monitoring, analysing, and communicating sales data, via CRM to contribute to product/service planning.
11. Accurate 90-day forecast updated weekly; 30 days within 10%, 60 days within 20%, 90 days within 30%.

13. Treating all employees and customers with dignity, respect and courtesy
14. Taking responsibility for and making every effort to resolve communication, trust and respect concerns and problems.

16. Work closely with the business Segments to ensure alignment of sales strategy with the business line strategy.
17. Work with Sales Excellence to ensure consistent, timely, and accurate reporting and forecasting.
18. Work closely with marketing to ensure lead generation and execution of prescribed marketing programs.
19. Work closely with finance to ensure approval process is met when dealing with pricing exceptions.
20. Performs other job-related Duties and Responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time
21. Drive targeted campaigns and activities to generate sales opportunities in the region.
22. Travel throughout the region as needed to work with Account Directors to develop skills and coach.
23. Work with HR to ensure we recruit, hire, and retain the right talent. Ensure all team members have performance management goals and quarterly reviews.
24. Able to work hours outside the normal business hours on occasion.
25. All efforts will be focused on Tektrol sales and any sourcing will be done with only prior approval from management
