Bachelor's degree in Business, a quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
3 years of experience in corporate strategy, finance, business operations, analytics or project management.
2 years of experience using SQL or other relational database.
MBA or graduate degree in a management, technical or engineering field.
6 years of experience in corporate strategy, finance, business operations, analytics or project management.
Experience working with cross-functional teams and technology clients.
Experience managing large data sets.
Experience in hypothesis formulation, tests design and solution evaluation.
Ability to simultaneously handle multiple priorities and project manage.

The Business Strategy & Operations organization provides business critical insights using analytics, ensures cross functional alignment of goals and execution, and helps teams drive strategic partnerships and new initiatives forward. We stay focused on aligning the highest-level company priorities with effective day-to-day operations, and help evolve early stage ideas into future-growth initiatives.
As an Analytics Program Manager, you will combine analytical rigor and thought leadership to drive improvements in site selection, vendor compensation design, engagement strategy and organization design. You'll oversee vendor payment operations to ensure validity, consistency and timeliness, as well as outline potential process improvements to drive efficiency and cost savings. You will manage global seating for our extended vendor workforce by designing a process to review new workforce needs and conduct periodic audits of our offices.
Through your work, you will have visibility as you present your proposals and demonstrate their impact. Additionally, you will serve a trusted advisor to leaders across the organization, who make vendor related decisions based on your insights.

Lead efforts on sophisticated data analyses that translate data into actionable insights.
Design and develop dashboards and other solutions to provide insights at scale that meet the needs of our sales business partners.
Develop and own comprehensive strategies to re-engineer our Payments processes to enable smooth operations with clear and timely reporting.
Lead global seat management for the vendor workforce, developing processes to control seat supply and demand.
Develop deep cross-functional relationships across teams to push projects forward, driving recommendations through to implementation.
