We are seeking a Lawyer / Attorney / Litigator to become a part of our team! You will represent clients in active ligation against insurance companies regarding first-party property insurance claims throughout the state of Florida.
Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in court
- Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients
- Advise clients on litigation strategy and settlement offers
- Negotiate settlements for legal disputes
- Comply with all legal standards and regulations
- Litigation. We allow our lawyer to be lawyers and have a large support staff to handle most if not all administrative and non-legal duties.
Qualifications:
- Florida Bar License
- Familiarity with various legal documents, issues and concepts
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Compensation:
Compensation will be comprised of a base salary and a bonus/commission on settled attorney's fees.

Pay: $95,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
