JOB SUMMARY: Restaurant Management - position will help provide leadership to employees in all aspects of each shift worked in a single restaurant. Good overall restaurant operations skills. Assist with hiring, training and developing staff. Provide excellent customer service. The position may supervise up to 25+ employees per shift with direct responsibility for all operations during your shift.
SKILLS NEEDED: Overall knowledge of restaurant operations, excellent customer service, ability to lead and supervise staff, good communication skills, good people skills, cooking skills a plus.
