**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a skilled Construction Superintendent to oversee and manage construction projects from beginning to end at various Military Installation Locations. The candidate MUST have a clean criminal background and be able to pass security clearance to obtain access to military installations. The ideal candidate will have experience in various aspects of residential building construction to include Roofing. Superintendent must be capable of working alone or with a team and delegating/monitoring tasks of laborers and subcontractors.
**Duties:**
- Manage all aspects of construction projects from planning to implementation
- Coordinate and oversee all work on-site
- Ensure compliance with building and safety regulations
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors
- Monitor progress and provide reports on project status
- Resolve any issues that may arise during construction
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent or similar role
- Knowledge of construction management software such as HeavyBid, Bluebeam, Primavera, ProCore
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and schematics
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Familiarity with building codes and regulations
- Experience managing pipeline construction projects is a plus

Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,963.00 per year
