Tremendous growth, expansion into new markets, and promotion from within have created exciting opportunities on our sales team and we are currently seeking a Major Accounts Sales Manager to maximize sales growth with large national dealers. We need an achievement-oriented hunter with strong business acumen and the ability to provide value to the customer while making things happen.

What success as a Major Accounts Sales Manager looks like:
Sales activity that results in the generation of $2 to $3 million plus in incremental revenue annually. This includes:
Development and managing of large dealer opportunities across the eastern half of the U.S.
Securing new opportunities and building on sales which are started by the field sales group but not yet fully realized.
Developing implementation plans with large dealers that are aligned with the big picture and executed through District Sales Managers and the National Training Manager.
Managing to commitments, tracking sales data, and holding accountable team members who don’t directly report to you.
Initiating product modifications and customized sales and marketing tools and driving to implementation through sales management and the marketing team at corporate headquarters.
Goal and achievement oriented.
Proactive ability to uncover potential and act upon opportunity.
Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to develop and execute successful sales and dealer implementation plans.
Organizationally savvy – skilled at connecting with decision makers, smoothly handling conflicts, and developing contingency plans.
Persistent at driving results and working through obstacles.
An innovative and creative problem solver.
Utilizes sound judgement to make the right decision.
Owns dealer relationship – holds self and others accountable for meeting commitments.
Ability to influence and work though others without direct authority.
A collaborative team player.
Exceptional time management, planning, and prioritization ability. Understands what’s important.
Proficiency with spreadsheets, CRM, and sales dashboards.
Strong technical aptitude.
Driven to stay current on trends in market with regards to codes, products, needs.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education or experience.
Four to ten years’ experience in progressive sales roles.
Demonstrated track record of sales success.
Ability to travel extensively – 60 to 70% overnight.
