Florida State Hospital seeks a candidate with a doctoral degree in Psychology and training/supervision/experience as a mental health therapist or counselor to provide Dialectical Behavior Therapy (group and individual format) and related psychotherapies to adult men and women in an inpatient state facility. A wide range of persons is served at this site, including people with mood and personality disorder diagnoses and various, often significant, behavioral challenges. Florida State Hospital welcomes applicants from diverse backgrounds and those who are fluent in languages other than English, such as ASL.
