Required skills:
The requirements for this position are a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science or a related field, plus 8+ years’ experience in Network Design and Implementation, with a strong specialization in F5 Load Balancing and Application Delivery (ADM)

The candidate Provide high level network design and implementation skills and combine technical intelligence with communication and presentation abilities. Be an individual contributor capable of self directed work showing strong leadership and client relationship skills and who is focused on driving the complete network project.

Ability to lead a project in Design, Implementation, and up to closure
includes Design and Hands on Skills
NS experience with understanding of DDoS mitigation practices
Strong F5 skillset
F5 Certified Technology Specialist or Certified Solution Expert
Experience with the F5 VIPRION platform
Experience with Big IQ utilization and centralized management
Experience in F5 High Availability
F5 Edge Protection
Global Availability & Fallback
Experience in F5 Virtualization
Automation in orchestration with the rest API's
Experience in F5 LTM and GTM - VIP, Server Pools, Health Checks
Experience in F5 TMOS shell command line
Experience in customizing Application Delivery with iRules
Understanding of NAT (Network Address Translation) and SNAT (Source Network Address Translation)
Leading application health and server status
Modifying traffic behavior with profiles and iRules
SSL Offload - TLS security and cipher management
F5 role in traffic segregation and DMZ policy
Experience in configuring Persistence
Administrative tasks, partitions and user profiles
BIG-IP Application Security Manager
BIG-IP Access Policy Manager (APM)
Good Network Architecture and Design Skills
Product experience in CISCO – (Juniper, HP, or Brocade is a plus)
Routing – BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, Redistribution and Route Selection
Switching – Vlans, Spanning Tree, Port Channels, VPC
IP Address Design
CCNP or CCIE certification is a plus
This position will be highly focused on design concepts and the ability to provide a consultative role to the client. Technical expertise alone is not sufficient for this position.

You will have expectations to work with potential clients, to define and reach an understanding of their technical requirements, and then build appropriate solutions to meet those requirements. Crafting, sizing the work effort, and settling needed skills for a project are all required capabilities. In order to accomplish these tasks you have strong process, project management and communication skills.

In-house responsibilities for the position include:
Developing white papers and presentations at industry related conferences.
Generation of new technical service offerings for the network group
Knowledge sharing between fellow team members
