**Responsibilities:**
- Lead group strength training sessions, demonstrating proper form and technique.
- Provide modifications and progressions to accommodate varying fitness levels and individual needs.
- Ensure that sessions are engaging, motivating, and safe for all participants.
- Monitor participants during workouts to ensure they are performing exercises correctly and safely.
- Correct improper form and provide guidance to prevent injuries.
- Provide feedback and encouragement to help participants stay motivated and committed to their fitness goals.
- Educate participants on the benefits of strength training.
- Offer tips and advice on how to maintain a healthy lifestyle outside of the gym.
- Set up and organize equipment before classes and store it appropriately afterward.
- Foster a fun, inclusive, challenging, and inspirational environment within the group.
- Certification in Personal Training or related field preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings and weekends

Pay: $35.00 - $67.00 per hour
