Great opportunity to join an established group of providers at St. Mary's in Enid, OK
YPS anesthesia is looking for a self-motivated CRNA to join its team at St. Mary's Regional Medical Center in Enid, Oklahoma. The anesthesia department is comprised of 6 full time CRNAs and 1 Anesthesiologist to cover 6 sites of service to include the OB Unit. Call is not in house, CRNAs are all in the call rotation for 1st and 2nd call, with the Anesthesiologist rotating in the 2nd call rotation. Providers at this facility have the chance to work at the top of their license including performing their own regional and neuraxial blocks. We are willing to train any provider interested in expanding their current level of practice and who wants to be part of this great team in place a St. Mary's.
St. Mary's offers lots of autonomy to do your own blocks, including epidurals and spinals on OB. Case types include: Orthopedic (General and Total Joints), General Surgery (wide variety), Gastro/Endo, GYN surgery, Urology, and Podiatry. Average monthly case volume is 440.
CRNA base compensation for year one (1) is $294,000/year to $304,500/year, year two (2) is $309,000/year to $319,000/year. This compensation will be paid on a 1099 in exchange for 44 weeks of anesthesia coverage. Providers will have 40 days off plus post call days and that does not include the holidays. Malpractice insurance is covered by YPS.
