The Brandit Agency is the premier promotional products and design agency for large companies such as MetroPCS, T-Mobile, 7-11, Allergen Pharma and United Way. We’re looking for an organized and driven Data Entry Specialist to join our growing team. The Data Entry Specialist position will work closely with our accounting team and operations personnel to handle day-to-day data entry. We’re an energetic company and are looking for a passionate individual to join our organization and revitalize our record keeping and bring more organization to our accounting team.


  • Enter sales data to assist in performing monthly, quarterly and annual accounting activities including reconciliations of bank and credit card accounts, coordination and completion of annual audits, and reviewing financial reports/support as necessary.
  • Prepare daily sales reports for upper-level management using existing templates
  • Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions
  • Assist the accounting team in keeping financial records current

Required Skills

  • 1+ years of data entry/accounting experience
  • Knowledge with QuickBooks a plus
  • Knowledge of financial reporting a plus but not required
  • Advanced computer skills in MS Office (Excel is a must), accounting software, and databases.
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work with minimal direction a must.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $14.00 to $15.00 /hour
