The ideal person will have a background understanding of banking operations. May need to answer questions. Also would be comfortable working on a part-time basis. Nice and friendly working environment with excellent clients. Will have the ability to interface with clients.
Responsibilities and Duties
Answers all incoming calls, takes messages, answers questions, and directs calls to the appropriate person. Operates a multi-line call director. Greets clients and partners conducting business with the area and directs them to the appropriate person. Performs other duties specific to the individual business area.
