A local service provider in the Inland Empire is looking for a creative, tech-savvy Graphics and Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. If you are a hardworking, passionate individual that can help create the visual ideas for our marketing campaign, we want to hear from you!

Pay Scale: DOE

Work Hours: Monday-Friday; 7am-4pm

Required Qualifications:
High school Diploma or GED
Strong interpersonal skills
Well organized and ability to work independently
Works well with project deadlines
Graphics design background required
Experience in HTML, website publishing, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Acrobat preferred
Energetic personality
Comfortable giving and receiving creative direction in various projects
Photography background ideal
Experienced working on Social media platforms
Ability to multitask and prioritize
Ability to build a uniform brand presence across all platforms
Must be detail oriented and able to meet deadlines

Essential Job Functions:
Communication liaison with all marketing, print, and event vendors/organizations
Develop strategic marketing, communication, and Public Relations plans
Regularly write content for newsletters, website, and other marketing material
Responsible for creating innovative graphic solutions for various projects; digital and print
Create and prepare designs, visual concepts, layouts, graphics, images and content
Design and produce artwork for a wide variety of marketing items including but not limited to: brochures, sell sheets, newsletters, signage, promotional items, tradeshow graphics, websites, web ads, video graphics.
Manage social media accounts
Prepare jobs for digital and offset production.
Respond to general design inquiries such as logo requests, re-sizing needs and general formatting.
Creatively use existing style guides to design a variety of campaign design needs
Support and identify ongoing design needs such as document updates, template population and field requests.
Edit video and audio clips for a variety of distribution channels.
Plan community outreach activities and maintain these relationships with key businesses and organizations
Stay current on industry marketing trends.
