As a Research Associate at Class Action Capital, you will work collectively on the Research and Data Team to conduct research and efficiently transform data to provide valuable insightful decision-making across the company. The ideal candidate demonstrates enthusiasm for learning new data analysis tools and techniques and an ability to follow structured processes.
Responsibilities

Conduct in-depth market research on industry trends.

Clean and normalize datasets to derive actionable insights, trends, and patterns.

Analyze, transform, and structure data to assist in answering research questions.

Conduct and communicate a thorough analysis of large data sets.

Query, organize, and structure complex data sets using SQL to create informative, actionable, and repeatable reporting highlighting relevant business trends.

Collect and report within new data sources.
Requirements

2-3+ years of relevant professional work experience.

Bachelor’s degree is required.

Proficiency with Microsoft Excel required.
