This is a temporary to permanent hire position with an hourly pay rate of $ 20.80.
No travel required for this position.
Period of Performance:
Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

- Must be a U.S. citizen
- Must obtain a U.S. government security clearance, Public Trust
(active clearance preferred)
High school diploma or GED required. Bachelor’s of Science or Arts preferred
Minimum of one (1) year experience in general data entry
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated ability to analyze documents to extract appropriate level of information.
Must have typing skills and familiarity with office automation systems, especially data entry programs.
Must be detail oriented and must understand oral and written instructions, and follow instructions explicitly and consistently.
Excellent communication, presentation, and inter-personal skills with both technical teams and non-technical business leaders and team player.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile work environment.
Experience in a litigation support environment is preferred.
Must have experience operating a variety of office automation equipment and personal computers.
Extracts bibliographic and/or subjective information from documents, invoices, phone records or other source material
Records the extracted information onto a Digital Case File or directly inputs the information into a data entry screen.
Consistently deliver well-articulated, balanced, and informed communications.
Participate in defining and maintaining the processes and tools that allow team and client to meet client needs.
Develop strong partnerships with the clients and supporting team leaders to provide stellar customer service.
Establish or refine processes and delivery methodologies to enable successful delivery on project goals.
Serve as a key stakeholder in the development of technical project documentation.
Establish collaborative relationships with co-workers and team members.
Assist client and management in other client service tasks as needed.
