Essential Functions and Responsibilities

  • Employee Recruitment, Evaluation, On-boarding, and Relations Building
  • Assist with Compensation and Benefits Administration and questions
  • Evaluate and report compensation data for key positions
  • Business insurance renewal
  • Maintain employee records and systems
  • Employment Manual and Updates
  • Organizational chart and job description documentation
  • Policy Development
  • Performance reviews and growth plans, and educate managers how to do the same
  • Plan events and promote culture and goals
  • Other duties as business needs arise.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor degreerequired
  • 3-5 years of experience in Real Estate Development or Construction field
  • Familiar with Office Suite
