Job Description
Lead Vape Associate needed. Castle Vapes is located inside Beer4Less, a retail beer warehouse distributor. Castle Vapes is a fully functioning vape shop in need of an experienced vape/smoke shop subject matter expert. Job responsibilities include ordering, research, advertising, sales, register and organization skills. Lead associate can lead to management position if person proves trustworthy, capable, and reliable.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of products and industry trends to include, Vape, Glass, Kratom, Tobacco, and Delta/CBD.
- Ability to work independently
- Must be able to work in collaboration as a team member
- Customer service experience
- Ability to resolve customer complaints
- Moderate computer literacy
- Combination of education in sales and vape shop experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
Responsibilities
- Recognizes and respects diversity among coworkers and customers
- Maintains a constant knowledge of products
- Creates and maintains displays
- Receive and process customer payments
- Count starting and ending drawer totals
- Stock shelves with product
