That's because our firm's health care technology practice area needs someone who knows how to lead a group of high-performing individuals from a written composition into immersive, real-life harmony. The skill is part science, part art.
As we launch major federal projects this fall, Reingold needs a gifted, tactful thinker to make sure every little thing is in the right place, at the right time, and to chart a clear path toward success.
Here's What We Mean:
Reingold is hiring a mid level (5+ years), hyper-organized professional to be account manager for a portfolio of work that will drive innovation for nationwide clinical technology and training. As a key member of our team, you'll be supporting project leaders and a diverse set of colleagues through the full life cycle of project management from initiation to closing.
You can expect the following tasks on your ongoing to-do list:
Help develop a portfolio of contracts' large-scale, integrated project management plans.
Gain and apply mastery of all contract details, overseeing the team's compliance with scope, schedule, and budget.
Collaborate with project leaders and finance leads to forecast, track, and analyze budgets and project-level performance (revenue, costs, margins).
Identify and manage risks and opportunities, such as through SWOT analyses.
Optimize project resources to gain efficiencies, especially as labor and staffing needs shift.
Write multi-project status documentation reports and materials, ensuring quality control processes.
Support cross-functional workstreams by developing an integrated master schedule that identifies timing and status for all contract deliverables.
Manage the project's invoicing process.
This role is a good fit for someone with the following qualifications and skills:
At least 5 years of experience with project management of government or federal clients
Active PMP certification HIGHLY preferred
Proven project management skills (task tracking, client management, and oversight of budgets, timelines, and labor hours)
Knowledge of various contract types (firm fixed price, time and materials, services and ODCs, etc.)
Strengths in driving teams to meet tight deadlines and managing numerous workstreams
Excellent verbal and written communications skills (and we mean excellent)
Attention to detail, intellect, initiative, reliability, and flexibility
