Sandia Area is currently seeking an Investment Program Coordinator to join our Investment Services team.
The Investment Program Coordinator position is responsible for providing administrative and clerical support for the Investment Program Representative. The position markets the Sandia Area Investment Services program to both Credit Union employees and members. The duties of this position include but are not limited to:
Performs administrative and clerical duties for the Sandia Area Investment Program Representative, to include answering and screening incoming calls, assisting and/or taking messages, scheduling appointments, maintaining referral database, and maintaining supply inventory for the Investment Program
Performs additional administrative duties as directed by the Assistant Vice President Branch Operations
Welcomes members by greeting them in person or by telephone and answers or refers inquiries
Evaluates and routes incoming correspondence and assembles related information
Performs specialized duties, including preparing reports as needed, managing and coordinating incoming referrals
Completes data entry on new prospects, address changes, purchases and sales, and new account information
Handles outgoing correspondence including greeting cards, reports, letters, contracts, and requested information
Works closely with marketing to make arrangements for and participates in seminars
Handles administrative duties related to marketing promotions and contests to include facilitation, tracking and reporting, purchasing and assembling awards
Keeps Sandia Area Investment Program Representative and Assistant Vice President Branch Operations apprised of any program complaints.
High school degree or equivalent required
Excellent interpersonal communication skills to work with clients and employees alike is required
Self-starter and polished professionally
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Computer skills including Windows based software programs
High level of organizational skills
Ability to prioritize to meet deadlines
Initiative to produce professional, accurate, and timely reports, letters, etc.
General knowledge of credit unions and investment programs may be desirable
Must be able to lift up to 10 lbs
