Our multinational team, comprised of veterans of Clearwire, Google, Sprint and Rise, is dual headquartered in two of the hottest tech centers in Santa Clara, CA and Lehi, UT.

Role

What excites you about this role:

  • Provide technical and customer support via telephone for inbound calls
  • Develop an extensive knowledge of Vivint’s varied product line and installation processes
  • Educate customers over the phone on the use of Vivint systems and products
  • Use Vivint’s Knowledge Management System to troubleshoot varying degrees of technical support problems for customers
  • Create service tickets for issues not able to be resolved over the phone
  • Basic understanding of home networking
  • Able to perform basic network troubleshoot such as: program a home router, run ping test, traceroutes, connect customer devices to WAP, identify packet loss, etc.
  • Accurately record customer's technical issues
  • Assist with project and trainings when needed
  • Help out other departments when needed

  • Spanish-speaking skills a plus
  • Net+ or A+ certification is preferred
