We are looking for a Master, Journeyman or Apprentice Technicians who are motivated by the idea of being busy. Our company values its employees, and we invest in the right people so we have an exceptional team.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Technicians
- Accurately and efficiently perform quality repair and maintenance work that meets dealership and manufacturer standards
- Clearly writing and communicating what is wrong with vehicle and the parts and time needed to repair
- Repairing broken or worn mechanical and technology components
- Maintaining repair and service records
- Installing equipment, components, and systems
- Testing vehicles both before and after repair
- Repairing electrical wiring, circuits and fixtures
- Other duties may be assigned
REQUIREMENTS Technicians
- Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Technical or trade school training preferred
- ASE certified required
- Must provide own tools
- Broad knowledge of new vehicle technologies
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to be analytical and multi-task
- Self-motivated enthusiastic presence in a team environment
- Strong written and communication skills
- Consistent and stable work history
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Professional appearance and work ethic
All potential employees must pass pre-employment testing to include a background check, MVR and drug screen
