MAJOR FUNCTION : Performs administrative functions and general office work associated with retail, patient, and catering services. Specific duties include data entry, recordkeeping, and invoice processing. Assists managers with weekly financial reporting, cash management and other functions noted in #29 department records.
QUALIFICATIONS: One to two years of experience preferred including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other applications.
A. Education: High School Graduate or equivalent.
B. Experience: Previous secretarial skills preferred.
