The release and deployment coordinator coordinates and oversees release and deployment activities within Mortgage Cadence LLC. This role assists in the planning activities for new software product releases. Mortgage Cadence develops within an Agile scrum framework, including Scaled Agile Framework SAFe . This role is also responsible for coordinating and overseeing software release deployments to clients. Specific responsibilities include:Coordinate with internal stakeholders to plan software product releases and track release readiness. Prepare solution plans for software product releases. Facilitate release planning meetings and release cycle phase gate meetings. Track release readiness activities. Provide change management support for software product releases. Maintain and manage feature merge schedules. Communicate release targets and status to internal stakeholders. Facilitate release status meetings with stakeholders. Facilitate release retrospectives. Analysts release deficiencies and opportunities and drive continuous improvement. Coordinate with clients and internal deployment team members to schedule and plan software deployments. Track status of deployments and communicate to internal and client stakeholders. Facilitate deployment retrospectives. Enforce process and quality controls across the software product release and release deployment lifecycles. Support internal and external audits.
- Bachelor s degree in computer science or equivalent education and experience -
- Minimum of 2 years managing projects, software release management, or software deployment management
- Minimum of 2 years working within a formal software development lifecycle or structured software release deployment cycle
- Minimum of 2 years managing stakeholder expectations and communicating status and issue reporting to stakeholders
- Minimum of 2 years using change management software
- Professional skills Strong communication and writing skills
- Competency with Microsoft Office
- Effective meeting facilitation
