We are seeking a dynamic Event Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in event planning and coordination, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences. Responsibilities
- Plan and execute events from start to finish, including weddings, corporate events, and social gatherings
- Coordinate with vendors, such as caterers, florists, and decorators
- Create and manage event budgets to achieve financial targets
- Oversee banquet operations and ensure guest services meet high standards
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Provide on-site coordination during events to ensure smooth execution
Experience
- Previous experience in event planning within the restaurant or hotel industry is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Proficient in budget management and financial planning
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Fluency in English and Russian
