Job Summary:
Responsible for Inventory, shipping, and receiving functions for Win2uit Electronics division of Winston Industries including: Receiving and storing of material accurately, shipping product to customers to arrive safely and to the correct location, and cycle counting inventoried material.

Principal Accountabilities:
Receiving completed on a “daily basis”
Kits pulled for Manufacturing correctly and timely
Cycle counting/accuracy of Inventory weekly
Shipments made on a “daily basis” are complete and accurate

Specific Responsibilities:
Responsible for all shipping functions for Win2uit
Assist in the receiving of parts for Win2uit
Assist in pulling kit in inventory and making it ready for production
Responsible for Inventory accuracy
Responsible to review material and confirm it is correct before receiving.
Assist in receiving items into NDS system and process packing slips
Move material into the correct location once it is validated and received.
Responsible for KanBan and KanBan cards for electronics division
Package for safe shipment all outgoing electronic product.
Assume other special activities as directed by supervisor
Other duties as may be assigned or necessary.

Qualifications:
A minimum of five years’ experience in a Inventory/receiving role.
Excellent communication skills, professional demeanor and appearance required.
Proficiency in MRP system along with Outlook skills.
Individual must possess and display a high level of discretion and confidentiality.
Individual must possess a team work oriented personality and have the ability to handle multiple priorities.
Above average organizational skills a must.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
Above average mathematical and reasoning skills.
Use of NDS system or similar MRP system required

Physical Demands:
Must be able to stand, walk, and use hands/fingers to handle or feel.
Must be able to reach with hands and arms.
Must be able to climb, stoop, kneel and crouch.
Must be able to talk, hear and see.
Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
Must be able to lift at least 40 pounds of weight.
Must have vision correctable to 20/20
Must be able to distinguish color
Able to lift boxes of up to 50 lbs
Able to use a pallet jack
Driving a fork truck a plus

Work Environment:
Well-lighted, heated and/or air-conditioned indoor office/shop environment with adequate ventilation. Working near or with machinery.
